Planwest coordinated and facilitated an informational open house to help publicize planning and development efforts for a Humboldt Bay Harbor, Recreation and Conservation District -owned, former pulp mill site, now known as Redwood Marine Terminal II, located adjacent to Humboldt Bay. Planwest compiled a list of stakeholders and invitees, identified key presenters, prepared agenda, and meeting format, developed presentation materials, and facilitated and recorded at the event. Presentation materials included 18 exhibits set up at 10 stations detailing site characteristics; comment cards were available at each station. Input received is being used to support grant applications for site development.
