Colette Metz

Colette is a Senior Planner and Partner at Planwest Partners with over 10 years of experience in sustainable services planning and strategies to address growth and demand, local funding needs, capacity building, and public education. Her experience providing staffing support to Local Agency Formation Commissions (LAFCo) in Humboldt, Del Norte, Shasta, and previously in Mendocino provides her with unique insights into the needs of small agencies both from a technical services standpoint as well as from a governance, administrative, and management perspective. Colette incorporates her local knowledge and outreach experience to help identify the needs of small service providers and connect them with available resources.
